Bit Digital plans $100M raise for ETH purchases as BitMine expands to 2.65M tokens

Bit Digital announced a $100M convertible note offering to grow its Ether holdings, while BitMine increased its treasury to 2.65M ETH worth $11B. BitMine chairman Tom Lee believes Ethereum is trading at a discount to its future value.
