Neo Marks Ninth Anniversary, Sets October 31 Shutdown for Legacy MainNet

Neo celebrated nine years since its MainNet launch, with co-founder Erik Zhang detailing progress on Neo 4's Contract Fee Whitelist and plans for a zero-fee mode. The shutdown of the Neo Legacy MainNet is set for October 31, after which all on-chain operations will permanently cease.
